Board Certification: Mr. Gulecas is board certified in both Tax Law and in Wills, Trusts and Estates by The Florida Bar, one of only a few select Florida attorneys to be board certified in both specialties.

Admission: Mr. Gulecas is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts and before the U.S. Tax Court.
Publications: Mr. Gulecas is the author or co-author of numerous published articles on estate and tax planning in professional journals.
Education: Mr. Gulecas received his B.A. degree from Dartmouth College, his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of California at Davis, and his LL.M. in Taxation degree from the University of Florida, where he was a graduate editor of the Florida Tax Review.
Membership: Mr. Gulecas is a member of The Florida Bar (Tax Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section), the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council, the Clearwater Bar Association (Chairman, Probate, Guardianship and Trust Law Committee, 2002-2003), and the Dartmouth Lawyers Association. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the American Legion.
Speaking Engagements: Mr. Gulecas regularly speaks at professional education seminars and other functions on estate planning, business and corporate law, and tax law topics. He has made presentations for the Clearwater Bar Association, the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council, the Suncoast Estate Planning Council, the Tampa Bay CPA Group, the National Business Institute, and Lorman Education Services.
